At a glance

  • Requesting a quote does not create a purchase or reserve inventory.
  • Catalog prices are estimates in USD. Commercial terms are confirmed in writing.
  • Commercial warranties do not replace applicable mandatory rights.

01Who we are and scope

K-Power is a wholesale brand of phone batteries, screens and repair parts, founded by technicians and working with a partner factory. K-Power manages the customer relationship; the brand does not claim to own the factory.

The platform serves importers, distributors, parts stores and repair professionals. Anyone acting for a business must have the capacity and authority to represent it. The B2B focus does not remove legal protections applicable to a particular transaction or buyer.

K-Power operates publicly at k-powerstore.com. Enquiries and complaints can be sent to [email protected]. Access messages and transactional communications are sent from [email protected]. The operator’s legal name, tax or registration identification, address and country of establishment still need to be completed; the trading name and these contacts do not replace that identification.

02Using the platform and optional account

You can browse, search and prepare a list without registering. Submitting a request requires the fields marked as mandatory. Provide accurate information and only disclose other people’s data when you are authorized to do so.

An optional customer account saves basic details, a draft and the history of requests submitted from that account. Older requests are not linked merely because the email address matches. Protect your credentials and sign out on shared devices. An account does not grant credit, exclusivity, discounts or automatic order acceptance.

Do not use the platform for fraud, impersonation, unauthorized access, malicious code or automated requests that disrupt the service. Proportionate restrictions may be applied to address abuse or incidents without removing rights or obligations relating to earlier transactions.

03From request to confirmed order

A customer proposal differs from the public summary: it requires the recipient’s signed-in account and may expire or be revoked. Viewing it does not constitute acceptance. Keep the final agreed terms; a later website change does not by itself alter a confirmed order.

  • You select items and quantities and submit a request. K-Power saves it and creates a reference before opening WhatsApp.
  • The summary and prepared message record your request; they are not an invoice, payment, reservation or order confirmation. The request remains saved even if you do not open or send the message.
  • The team checks compatibility, quantities, availability, prices, timing, warranty, payment and shipping. Special requests require additional evaluation.
  • Before a transaction is committed, the parties must be identified and the particular terms accepted in writing. Express order confirmation and any agreed payment conditions determine processing. Adding items, receiving a link or seeing a message marked as read is not sufficient.

04Prices, quantities and availability

Published prices are wholesale estimates in United States dollars (USD). The final price may change before order confirmation, including due to RMB/USD exchange-rate movements. The quote must specify its validity and which taxes, fees or costs are included.

A catalog total is not necessarily the landed cost. Shipping, insurance, duties, taxes and other charges must be itemized or identified in the particular terms. Unpriced special requests are not free and are excluded from the catalog estimate.

Every published product can be requested, but publication does not guarantee inventory or a delivery date. There is no general minimum order. Manufacturing an unavailable K-Power battery normally requires 100 units of the same model, subject to feasibility; this does not promise manufacturing of any repair part.

If we identify a description or estimate error, we will clarify it before confirmation. This does not grant an unlimited right to cancel or unilaterally alter an accepted transaction.

05Compatibility, images and trademarks

Check each item’s exact model, version, reference, quality and condition. Parts compatible with the same phone may have different characteristics and prices. Clarify doubts before confirming or installing; do not infer interchangeability from a similar photograph alone.

Third-party brand and model names identify compatibility or stated characteristics. They do not imply affiliation, licensing, authorized distribution or that all parts are original branded parts. Quality, origin and condition are separate product attributes.

Illustrative or demonstration images are identified as such and do not establish real inventory. Photographs do not replace the agreed description and specifications. Catalog information is not an undocumented technical certification.

06Payment and transaction instructions

Payments are coordinated manually for each transaction: USDT, PayPal or international payment where agreed. The website has no automated checkout and does not request banking passwords, security codes or wallet recovery phrases.

Use only verified private instructions for your order. Check the reference, amount, currency, recipient and, where relevant, network and payment address. Verify any changed instructions through a previously known channel before transferring funds. Recipient details are not published here.

Fees, conversion and any refunds are determined in the particular terms and under applicable law. These terms do not assume that K-Power may retain any payment or that using a payment method removes your right to complain.

07Shipping, importation and delivery

The customer selects and pays for transportation and destination costs as agreed. Before confirmation, the destination, carrier, costs, insurance where relevant, documents, customs responsibilities and delivery terms must be specified.

Allocating a cost does not by itself determine when risk transfers or automatically make the customer the legal importer. These matters and any Incoterm must be expressly agreed for the route and transaction.

Estimated timeframes may depend on manufacturing, transport and customs. Delays or incidents require review of the transaction’s options and obligations; third-party involvement does not exclude all K-Power liability. Report damage or discrepancies promptly after discovery and retain available evidence, without prejudice to legal time limits.

08Warranties and reporting defects

Commercial battery warranties relate to units of the same model. Request confirmation for quantities not listed; the tiers are not automatically interpolated.

Units of the same modelCommercial term
50 units8 months
100 units12 months
200 units or more18 months
  • For screens, the stated commercial condition provides one year while uninstalled and excludes installed, broken or wet screens. Its application and any exclusions must respect statutory warranties and evidentiary requirements under applicable law.
  • To start a claim, retain the order reference, SKU, affected quantity and evidence of the defect. Contact the team before returning or altering a part. Do not cut a flex cable or destroy a product on your own to demonstrate a defect.
  • The start date, procedure, required evidence, remedy and return costs must be disclosed before contracting. The complete operational policy remains pending; no automatic credit, refund or replacement is promised here.
  • Commercial warranties supplement applicable non-waivable rights. These terms do not remove a statutory warranty or transfer to the buyer costs that the supplier must legally bear.

09Changes, cancellations and returns

You can edit your list before submitting it. After saving, communicate corrections using its reference to avoid duplicates. An unconfirmed request can be withdrawn by contacting the team.

After order confirmation, changes or cancellations depend on the accepted terms, processing stage and applicable law. Custom manufacturing requires advance agreement of its conditions. There is no blanket prohibition on returns or automatic penalty in these terms.

Where mandatory withdrawal, cancellation, payment reversal, warranty or refund rights apply, they will be respected. The relevant procedure and time limits must be specified for the jurisdiction and transaction before contracting.

10Partners and exclusivity

Applying to become a partner or buying products does not grant territorial exclusivity. Any agreement must separately document territory, volume, duration, conditions and responsibilities. Buyers may not represent themselves as authorized K-Power representatives without express authorization.

11Content, technical use and liability

K-Power’s name, logo and own content, and third-party materials, retain their respective rights. You may consult and save information needed to evaluate and document your transaction. Other commercial uses require the relevant authorization.

Website information does not replace diagnosis or specific installation instructions. Batteries and repair parts require appropriate training and handling precautions. This does not release K-Power from information, safety, quality or warranty obligations.

Uninterrupted website availability and absolute freedom from errors are not guaranteed. During interruptions, keep your reference and use official channels. Liability is determined under validly agreed terms and applicable law: fraud, gross negligence and other non-excludable liability are not excluded.

12Applicable rules, inquiries and versions

Mandatory rights override incompatible provisions. An invalid clause does not remove other valid rights and obligations. This document does not impose arbitration, class-action waivers, exclusive courts or a default foreign governing law.

Governing law and dispute resolution must be determined once the operator and intended transactions are identified, respecting mandatory jurisdictional rules. You may approach the competent authority or court where applicable.

The ES, PT-BR and EN versions aim to convey the same terms. If you notice a discrepancy, request clarification before confirming a transaction. Updates will be dated and will not retroactively amend confirmed orders or automatically authorize new data purposes.

For questions about these terms or complaints, email [email protected] and include your K-Power reference, if you have one. The date indicates the latest information update. Full operator identification and legal review of these terms remain pending; publication of the website does not by itself establish compliance.
