Screens
One year, before installation
The commercial warranty covers screens that have not been installed. Installed, broken or water-damaged parts are excluded, subject to applicable mandatory rights.
Some units may need to be returned. The team confirms instructions and shipping under the agreed terms and applicable law.
If a part develops a fault
Start by identifying the order. Keep the part and wait for the team’s instructions.
